Chuck Roast

Not only a cut of meat, but the recipe as well. You just "chuck" it all in & fuggetaboudit.

Get your crock pot - spray with nonstick spray & toss in some carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, garlic. Rub your roast with salt, pepper & cumin (my favorite spice)....and lay it on top of the veggies. Pour in a beer & crank it on low all day....Voila! Instant easy meal with 5 minutes of prep time.
